During checkout, the shipping cost will be shown when you provide your delivery details.

We do everything we can to keep shipping prices as cheap as possible, and we greatly appreciate your patience. If the shipping charges are higher than the estimated delivery and handling fees, we will let you know before we process your purchase and charge any additional fees.

Pickup in-store-Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. When your order is prepared for pickup, an email will be issued.

We know you want your order as soon as possible. And we're committed to getting it to you in the fastest time possible—but sometimes things happen and there are delays.

DISPATCH TIMES EXPLAINED

If the items are in stock, orders that are printed or embroidered are shipped out in 3–4weeks.If we are unable to deliver your order on schedule for whatever reason, you will be informed within 2-3 business days.

Blank items are typically sent out within 3-5 business days after purchase; however, if stock needs to be picked up from several warehouses, it may take longer.

EMBROIDERED/PRINTED ORDERS

You're probably wondering, "When will my order be ready?"

That's a great question!

Printed/embroidered orders are dispatched within 3-4 weeks if stocks are available and depending on the order and demand. In the event that we do not have your order in stock, it will take longer for us to start the production . If this happens, we'll let you know about expected shipping times.. AFTER YOUR ITEM HAS BEEN SHIPPED OUT

Once your order has been dispatched delivery time will depend on your location. Generally it's 5-10 business days Australia wide.

ORDER STATUS AND TRACKING

As soon as your order ships, you will get an email with a tracking link. You can monitor the progress of your order's delivery online by using the Tracking ID Number and link sent in your email.

HOW TO CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS

If you're having trouble with your shipping address, don't worry—we can help! We can change it as long as your order hasn't been dispatched yet.
