CAN YOU BRING YOUR OWN ITEM FOR EMBROIDERY

One of the biggest challenges that we face in this business is the occurrence of accidents or mistakes that occur in our embroidery process, which is beyond our control. We have made efforts to prevent such occurrences from happening, but we still cannot guarantee that they will not happen again in future projects. We order our blanks from different suppliers in Australia, so you can get the style you want. You don't have to settle for just one type of blank or garment because we've got a wide variety of options to choose from. When you bring your favorite item to us for embroidery, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to replace it if something happens, as we don't have access to the vendor's source. We do our best to ensure that the items are in good condition, but accidents happen, and sometimes damage can occur. If you order the item from us, rest assured that any issues that arise will be taken care of immediately. We know how important it is to have a reliable embroidery service, and we're committed to making sure that you get exactly what you ordered at the best price possible.
