Return Policy

When ordering items from us please choose carefully. We have provided size guides, product descriptions and images to help you choose the right size for you. Please check these before ordering your item.

FOR BLANK CLOTHING OR ITEM

• In order to cover the costs involved with providing this service—including freight, restocking and administrative fees—a 10% per brand fee will apply.
• Please note that exchanges will be made within five business days of receipt of stock. The cost of return and re - shipment will be at your expense.
• All returns and exchanges must be approved by Koolstitch Embroidery Australia and are at the discretion of Koolstitch Embroidery Australia unless required by law
• All returns must be in the same condition as when they were sent, with all tags and labels attached.
• Koolstitch embroidery reserves the right to refuse returns if items are returned in soiled, worn or unsalable condition
• Unless a product is faulty or different to what was shown, clearance products are not eligible for exchange or return.
• Customers should examine the offered sizing char ts and take accurate measurements before placing an order. Not all brand are the same in sizing, so please be sure to check this before you make your purchase!

ITEM WITH SUBLIMATION AND EMBROIDERY

• Once a preview and stitch out sample have been approved, no refunds or exchanges will be honored, unless faulty or required by law.
