Do you ship internationally?

We ship products to the following countries:

Please be aware that different countries have unique customs rules and regulations. Unfortunately, if your package gets held at customs, you will be responsible for communication and any additional costs required to release your item(s).

How long will it take to receive my order?

If the items are in stock, printed or embroidered orders are shipped within two to three weeks. If, for some reason, we are unable to deliver your order on time, you will be notified within two to three business days after purchase.

Blank items are typically shipped within three to five business days; however, if merchandise must be collected from multiple warehouses, it may take longer.

My order never got to me, what do I do?

Oh no! Even though our shipping carriers deliver your package independently, we'll sort this out together if this occurs!

If it has been marked as delivered but it's only been one day, please be patient! Occasionally, the carriers will conduct a scan prior to delivery. Keep watch for the next several hours!

If the tracking hasn't been updated in an unusually long period of time, or if it hasn't been updated at all since the shipment was created, it is likely that the shipment was lost in transit. Please file a claim with the courier. Please let us know if there is still no resolution after two weeks, and we will replace or refund your order as required.

If the shipping address was a transient location, we cannot be held responsible if the recipient is no longer at that address upon delivery within the estimated delivery timeframe.

How do I track my order?

When your order ships you will receive a separate email providing you with a tracking number to track your order. Sometimes this email gets sorted into spam or promotions folders so be sure to take a look in there if it feels like you have been waiting a little too long.

You can also log into your account and click on the order in question to see the status.

*Please note that sometimes the tracking can take a day or two to be updated by the carrier. If it looks like its not moving, chances are its on its way!

IRON-ON embroidered patch instruction

Do not use on fabrics with low melting points, such as nylon, vinyl, leather. Check your garment label.

1. Set time and temperature

Set the temperature to Cotton or 145C (290F) for 5minutes, make sure your steam is off.

2. Get Prepped

Find a flat surface, iron the area of the garment where patch will be placed.

3. Position the Patch on the garment, with the embroidery facing up

4. Place a pressing cloth or baking paper over the patch and press firmly for 10seconds

5. Flip the garment over and iron the backside of the patch for 10 seconds.

6. Let the garment cool

7. Check the patch by lifting the edge gently, if it did not stick to the fabric repeat for another 10- 15 seconds, make sure to replace the pressing cloth or baking paper, sometimes there's a residue left from the previous procedure

How to order custom embroidery

Here's how it works:

  1. Send your artwork and desired number of custom embroidery for a quote.
  2. Find blank garments on one of our supplier sites and send us the supplier name and code.
  3. We'll send you a quote within 24 hours, Once you agree with the price, we'll send you an invoice so you can pay for your order.
  4. Once payment is received, we will start digitizing your design. Allow us 3–5 days for this process to complete.
  5. Once you've approved the stitched-out sample, we'll begin production! We'll send you an email when your order is ready to ship, so you know when to expect it in your hands!
